Transformation and expansion of a duplex into condos
Montreal
Montreal’s Plateau-Mont-Royal neighbourhood is teeming with residential treasures. That being said, you have to know where to find them, because a lot is happening on the inside. This certainly holds true for this beautiful Gauthier street home. We helped by adding an extra floor-and-a-half, which the landlords turned into very lovely condos.
